Professor John Rasko AO leads a multidisciplinary team at the Centenary Institute, University of Sydney, comprising the Gene & Stem Cell Therapy Program, the Li Ka Shing Cell & Gene Therapy Program, the Computational BioMedicine Lab and the Cancer & Gene Regulation Lab.

Our research focus concerns fundamental mechanisms regulating and altering gene expression in cancer and genetic disease. Our aim is to develop effective treatments for these diseases.
